Raintree Rubber Art Stamps

STAMPING EXAMPLES

Single stamped items can be very elegant.

The horse stamped once on a folded tan note, with 2 dark brown pencil lines - easy and elegant.

A mulit-colored inkpad gives interesting results with one stamping... available in many color combinations.

A Little more effort gives interest and variety

MULTIPLE IMAGES ... the foal stamped in a slightly darker blue on blue stock with the main image stamped in permanent black ink--- then color the main image with colored pencils or markers.

LAYERING PAPERS:  The horses ( 1 stamp) were embossed with a navy 'diamond dust' for a slight bit of glitter.  From there you can use many papers to produce the look you're after.  Cut out with a deckle scissor, then layer with other card stocks, corrugated, mirror card, handmade papers-- whatever gives interesting texture and color.

DRESSAGE HORSES

This is a bit hard to see, but shows a variety of textures.  Both the black and white cards were Embossed with gold powder, the black on velum, the white on glossy card stock.

The SAME stamp ( size and image)  was stamped with permanent ink on a lightly sanded sheet of 'Shrinky Dinks' plastic, cut out and heated.  The plastic shrinks and thickens- this piece would make a nice small pin, or use the smaller one to make buttons.

A smaller version of the Dressage Horse was stamped on inexpensive black paper with Copper colored Pigment Ink Pad.  The paper makes a great wrapping paper for a gift for a special friend!
